Berlin is a borough in Somerset County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 2,192 at the 2000 census. The town is famous for Snyder of Berlin potato chips. It is part of the Johnstown, Pennsylvania Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Berlin is located at 395517N, 785700W (39.9213, -78.9501)GR1, about 11 miles southeast of Somerset and about 23 miles SSW of Altoona. According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 2.4 km (0.9 mi), all land.
